It has been very satisfying to observe the many ways in which our students continue to expand their horizons and discover new zest for learning as they realize and meet their unique potential.
We recognize the important role that educators play in your child's life. We take this responsibility very seriously. Our classrooms and curriculum reflect twenty years of experiential teaching and learning.
The schools anti-bias curriculum, self-directed learning techniques, and respect for natural consequences create a learning environment where inquiry, discovery and cooperation form the basis for education. Small class size and increased teacher-to-student ratios provide the individualized attention that fosters each student's success. Our methodology and implementation of curriculum are closely aligned with Dr. Montessori's philosophy and ideology. We are committed to maintaining a learning environment that promotes development of the whole person by engendering responsibility to self, others, and local and global communities. To this end, we establish an individual education plan for each child that fosters their academic achievement, strengthened self-esteem and appreciation for cultural and social diversity.
