Dates of Importance regarding enrollment (Corresponding to enrollment process schedule)

January 30th/31st: Packets are provided to parents with children currently enrolled. Waiting list closes/public tours temporarily suspended.

Mon, Feb 4th: Packets will be received by office staff and numbered.

Web, Feb 6th: Office is closed in the morning for enrollment processing. Waiting list families receive their packets via mail .

Fri, Feb 8th: List of enrolled/confirmed students will be posted.

Mon, Feb 11th: Waiting list families bring their packets to Encinal office. They are received on a first-come basis.

Wed, Feb 13th: Office is closed in the morning for confirmation processing.

Mon, Feb 25th: Confirmation letters are sent out.

February 28th: Waiting list re-opens and tours resume for public.

If you will be out of town during the first week of February, it is imperative that you
provide us with your application and a letter, in order for us to secure your space on
February 4th. We cannot guarantee any spaces, and will not hold spaces without an
application.
